What we collect and why

Contact form. When you send a project request we receive your name, email, and anything else you choose to give us (company, phone, project type, budget, message). We use it only to reply to you and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Requests are stored in our website database and in our email inbox.

Cookies and analytics. Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics and third-party cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link.

Security logs. Our security and caching tools process technical data such as IP address and browser type to protect the site against abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Embedded content. Some pages show content from Instagram, YouTube or other platforms. These services may collect data under their own privacy policies when you interact with them.

How long we keep it

Contact requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last communication, unless we start working together, in which case we keep what is needed for the project and for our legal and tax obligations.

Who sees it

We do not sell or rent your data. It is processed by us and by service providers we use to run the website and email (hosting, email, security), only to the extent needed.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
